Afianza moves its corporate headquarters to the Torre Emperador Castellana, located in the business complex of the Five Towers of Madrid. The operation, advised by Colliers and Afianza Real Estate, contemplates the lease of 6,505 m2 distributed over five floors and 50 parking spaces, which makes it the largest transaction per surface in the Madrid CBD in 2025 and on the second at the national level.
This movement responds to a ambitious expansion plan, which leaves its previous headquarters on Alfonso XII Street to concentrate its activity in a more representative space, modern and aligned with the values of innovation, sustainability and job welfare. Torre Emperador, one of the most emblematic buildings in the country, has certifications as BREEAM, WiredScore, WELL and AIS (developing)stand out for its high safety standards and spaces designed for collaborative work.
A venue that meets Afianza’s talent and vision for the future
With this operation, Afianza becomes the main tenant of the building Colliers will be responsible for the design and implementation of the new workspace, while Afianza Real Estate will oversee the fitting works. The official entrance of the team is scheduled for the end of 2025.
The transfer has been made possible thanks to the partial departure of OHLA, which has allowed a smooth transition and has increased the occupancy of the building 95–97 %According to Colliers, this operation confirms the Revitalisation of the ‘prime’ office market in Madrid, driven by the demand for sustainable, well-located and flexible spaces, especially in strategic areas such as the financial district of the Five Towers.
