The Afianza Group remains a benchmark in the field of professional services in Spain.
As the Economist emphasizes today, the company, led by José Luis Cogolludo Sobrino, is reconfiguring the market scenario through a solid and precise strategy of inorganic growth.
Leadership in professional services
With the aim of ranking among the top ten firms in the country and reaching a turnover of 100 million euros by 2026, Afianza has recently integrated the Granada office Vicente Tovar and has acquired 50% of Briz Jurídico Tributario, adding more than 50 integrations since its creation. This strategy has pivoted towards commercial law, an area that already generates 20% of its income, as explained Victor Torrico, director general of the company to the Economist.
Accelerated expansion with €34M of financial support
With a turnover of 50 million euros in 2024, Afianza expects to exceed 70 million by 2025, expanding its team to more than 1,000 professionals and opening new offices. This growth has accelerated thanks to a financing of EUR 34 million obtained from Oquendo Capital and CaixaBank, which allows him to compete with firms such as Baker Tilly and Forvis Mazars, and to approach Grant Thornton's revenues.
