Afianza strengthens its consultancy area with the incorporation of David Casas as new director, within the framework of the strategic plan of growth and diversification of the firm for 2026. A profile with more than 20 years leading business transformation
David Casas provides a two-decade career in consulting and general management, with extensive experience leading growth projects in large organizations. It is not the first time he is part of the project: he already worked in Afianza between 2018 and 2019, also as Director of Consulting.
Before his reinstatement, Casas led for three years the transformation process at B&B Hotels Iberia, where he led an organizational change that allowed the opening and expansion of the hotel chain in the Iberian market.

In his new role, David Casas will lead the strategic plans for growth and operational improvement of the firm's customers, focusing on profitability and the preparation of organizations for the challenges of the coming years.
